About Us

The Justice and Freedom Fund (JFF) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public interest law firm. Since its inception more than a decade ago, JFF has utilized all forms of legal activism to advance and advocate the rule of law to protect and preserve individual liberty, the free expression of all religious traditions, private property rights and freedom of speech while seeking to safeguard the constitutional limits on governmental power.

We seek corporate power to be limited and accountable and for government power to be limited and accountable so that individual freedom can be sheltered in the process.

To achieve our aims JFF operates both in the courts of law and the court of public opinion.
